| OK, i know everyone is wondering why are these for. Well, i will choose a few Minor Members and give them an opportunity to have a "Special Section" without ANY RULES AT ALL, but they have to be more active on the forums though. | CIA is a yank thing. i was led to believe this was a primarily british clan >_>
